Regular Class Night - TBC

NOTE: Please check for the latest info on this website before attending! Graham is having a minor surgical procedure on Tuesday so may not be able to take this week's class. The info will be updated by Wednesday morning at the latest.

---

A modern teaching style and modern music. If you have ever been put off by tango classes that spend as much time talking about the traditions and history as they do teaching you how to dance, then give us a try.

Graham teaches using a modern style that concentrates on understanding the technique of tango rather than learning sequences of steps. The tango itself is the same, but the music and the approach may be quite different to what you have seen before. And if you are new to tango then our relaxed and welcoming classes are an ideal introduction.

Class and Practilonga

We are trying something new this year. Instead of every week being the same format, on the last Wednesday of the month the first hour (ish) will be the normal lesson format, and the second hour will be an open practilonga. So from 20:00 until around 21:00 when we break for tea / coffee / biscuits I will run a normal class, and then from 21:00 until we finish at 22:00 I'll play my usual mix of alternative tango music and you can dance as much as you like!

So if you have ever wondered about trying alternative tango - sometimes called neotango or tango nuevo - this is an ideal time to try it out.

Still only £10 for the whole evening.
